This Winchester manufactured third variation receiver with three pin mounting holes in the lower tang void of the word "Winchester" on the belly is for the model 37 single barrel shotgun in 16 gauge and is in very good condition retaining a decent amount of thinning original blue finish with the balance exhibiting a brown patina and possibly containing a few specks of light rust. This is the only part on the model 37 shotgun that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines.
